- 0 + What could be the cause of my PC's persistent boot failure despite replacing multiple components and trying different operating systems?

I have a PC that suddenly crashed one day and entered an infinite boot repair loop or sometimes showed nothing on the screen. I tried replacing the motherboard, RAM, hard drives, and thermal paste, and also tried installing Linux instead of Windows, but none of these solutions worked. My hard drives work fine on another computer, so I don't think they are the problem. When I replaced the motherboard, the PC worked for about 3 hours before crashing again. I also took the PC to a repair guy who messed around with the partitions and got it to boot, but it only lasted for 5 minutes before failing again. I have attached a picture of the error message I get when I try to boot the PC. What could be the reason for this issue and how can I fix it?
